1. What FlowNest is

FlowNest is a personal organization and reflection tool. It helps you capture open loops, check in with your present condition, and choose one meaningful next action. Some features use reflective and spiritual language — 5D, roles, frequencies, alignment. This language is a set of metaphors and reflective frameworks. It is not science, medicine, diagnosis, therapy, or a guarantee of any outcome.

2. What FlowNest is not

Role results, purpose statements, and recommendations are reflective starting points — descriptions of a current pattern, not permanent truths or clinical assessments.

3. Beta status

FlowNest is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We work hard to protect your data (see Your Data in FlowNest), but you should use the built-in export tool regularly, since local data lives in your browser and is not backed up on our servers.

4. Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowNest. One person per account.

5. Payments

Paid tiers are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — the purchase contract for paid tiers is between you and Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access for the paid period. For refund requests, contact hello@flow-nest.org within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service; don't use it to violate the law; don't resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your content

You own everything you write in FlowNest. We claim no rights over your content. Most of it never reaches us at all (it stays in your browser); what does sync is stored only to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimers and liability

FlowNest is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of locally stored data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using FlowNest and delete your account at any time (Settings → Data → Delete everything). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
